Hello all, Nametags are being made this weekend for the reunion. If you are coming, but have not paid or confirmed on this group, please respond below. If you are more than 50% sure that you are coming, please respond below. That way we will have a nametag with your senior pic.

The Clarion is holding 10 rooms in a group for this reunion (it can be more, but only a couple responded that they would be getting a room), the rooms are held under AFHS Class of 1992. The rooms will be released 10 days prior to the reunion. If you have already booked, just call and make sure that they make your room one within the group. I need to have the food order in 2 weeks prior to the reunion (July 20th), that is when they order the food, so please pay so that I can get your orders. Thanks, look forward to seeing you.

At some point, I would like to be able to gather the information and post it electronically for those who are unable to attend as well. So we would like ALL class members to fill out the questionaire. Dinner Details, and Paypal Button Ready to Roll

Here are the dinner details for the reunion and a "Paypal" button so that you can pay at your leisure. The cost of the meal has been equalized because it is basically the ticket into the reunion. It will help cover costs of the reunion misc, dance floor, the bar, the room rental, the podium etc. Any excess will be donated to those who would not otherwise attend due to financial restraint, any r...emaining amount will be put into a savings fund for a future reunion.

The dinner options are as follows:

Fresh gourmet coffee and a cold beverage is included with your meal.

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake and White Chocolate Rasperberry Cheesecake

Cost and Payment Option

The cost of the reunion will run approximately 18-25 dollars a plate. This will cover the cost of the room rental, dinner, open bar in the room etc. Once I have met with the event planner at the Clarion, I will know the exact cost. I am creating this paypal button so that it is here and ready as a way for people to pay for their tickets without having to send money via mail.

There may be people who would not be able to attend due to cost, this will also be a way that people could donate money to help in those circumstances.
